SEA and Plans
The IPA involves the implementation of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA). The SEA will accompany the development of the plan, and consultation with authorities and stakeholders will be integrated into the SEA process. Thus, the systematisation of environmental dynamics within the scope of the plan is combined in the SEA with the Scoping Report (Critical Decision Factors), which will be made available for consultation. The assessment of challenges and opportunities, as well as potential strategies, is conducted and evaluated by the Preliminary SEA Report.
Proposals for the PAE plan will be submitted and assessed as part of the RAAE, which includes a public consultation, the finalisation of the plan and consideration of the consultation responses. The RAAE will be updated and an environmental statement will be drawn up. Following each consultation, the guidance and comments received will be communicated and taken into account in the Plan and in subsequent AAE documents.
