IPA carries out life cycle assessments (LCA) to estimate the impacts of a product or service throughout its life cycle, from extraction, through factory gate, to use, and finally to end-of-life or its reuse as a secondary material. This is done to assess carbon and other impacts, but also to identify and support the development of solutions with better environmental performance, including carbon.
